\u00a0Dear friend,<\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Training Nationals for Nationals\u00a0in integrity and skills (Psalm 78:72)<\/div>\n
(1Cor 3:6-9)<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.\u00a0 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.\u00a0 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.\u00a0 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.<\/i><\/div>\n
God\u2019s ministry requires that\u00a0we labor together with Him and with one another.\u00a0 Our principle of faith-ministry is to tell God and to tell God\u2019s people.\u00a0 God\u2019s work done in His will and way will never lack God\u2019s supply.\u00a0 God is glorified and we, His co-laborers, enter into His blessing and reward.<\/div>\n
Praise the Lord for\u00a0our prayer partners.\u00a0 Many of you have conveyed through the social media that you are praying for us and the nationals that we are training.\u00a0 We deeply covet your prayers foremost.\u00a0 Through our prayers together, God gives us exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Eph. 3:20).\u00a0 Please continue to pray for the rest of programs for this year.\u00a0 We yearn to finish strongly.\u00a0 Remember, less prayer, less blessings; more prayer, more blessings; much prayer, much blessings.\u00a0 We yearn to see what the good Lord will do in and through us, as we progressively yield to His will and way.<\/div>\n
Then we praise the good Lord for\u00a0our teaching partners.\u00a0 Though we have a core of trainers, yet we still need others to put in a week or two.\u00a0 Thanks so much to those who step into the gap.\u00a0 In training others, we develop a bigger vision and a deeper passion for God and for people. \u00a0\u00a0We also grow in His grace and knowledge.<\/div>\n
Resource partners\u00a0are also important.\u00a0 Recently, the publishers of \u201cGenesis Genealogies\u201d gave us 75 copies to facilitate the training in Medan, for which we are thankful.\u00a0 The pastors and leaders appreciated the many lessons learnt.\u00a0 They now have good teaching and preaching material.\u00a0 We are praying also for good training programs on videos to help facilitate our training.\u00a0 If you know of any please let us know.<\/div>\n
Last and not least, we praise the gracious Lord for\u00a0our financial partners.\u00a0 We would not be able to minister if we do not have the funds. Each trainer has to raise his own funds for travel, board and lodging.\u00a0 Then we also have to provide board and lodging for the Nationals in some places and for transport and food in others.\u00a0 Our pastors and leaders are in Third World countries and they need our prayer and help.\u00a0 Our labor of love and sacrifice will never be in vain as we invest in God and eternal souls who are reaching out to their own.<\/div>\n
The everlasting Lord promises:\u00a0\u00a0(Rev 22:12-13)\u00a0\u00a0And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward\u00a0is<\/i>\u00a0with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.\u00a0\u00a0I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0May we enter into His joyous \u201cWell done, you faithful servant\u201d and into His Presence and Reward!I. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Medan\u00a0INDONESIA\u00a0\u00a0Sept. 5-9:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We had the good privilege of training a good number of 75+ pastors and leaders from Medan, Acheh and Nias.\u00a0 God be praised for supplying us some materials to help in the training.\u00a0\u00a0 Last session for the year \u00a0in Medan will be on\u00a0November\u00a021-25.\u00a0 God is faithful in enabling us to train four times a year in Medan.<\/div>\n
Our point-man, Rev. Haposan desires to start an undergraduate program in Christian ministry.\u00a0 Our prayer is to train Nationals so that they can train their own.\u00a0 This is bearing fruit in our brother\u2019s life and in other lives too as God transform lives and build knowledge, wisdom and skills.\u00a0 The target date will be January, 2012.\u00a0 Please pray for this new vision.<\/p>\n
II. \u00a0 \u00a0 NEPAL<\/div>\n

Sept. 18-22 : Kathmandu\u00a0- Trainer John Ching and I will be training about 45 pastors and leaders. He will be doing\u00a0Good Soil Evangelism<\/i>, while I will be concentrating on the\u00a0History of Redemption - Genesis<\/i>. We will also be having our first ever Graduation on Thursday evening, Sept. 22. Please come and celebrate with us if you can.
\nSept. 25-29 : East Nepal\u00a0- This will be our second session with the new batch of pastors and leaders in the East. Please pray for good bonding and great learning experiences.<\/p>\n

III. \u00a0 \u00a0 MYANMAR<\/div>\n

Special Conferences: Training for pastors and leaders will be held in Mandalay and Maymyo on\u00a0Nov 23 - Dec 2. One-day special conference on the\u00a0History of Redemption<\/i>\u00a0will be held on\u00a0Dec. 1 in Mandalay\u00a0and another one on\u00a0Dec. 2 in Maymyo\u00a0(with Mandarin interpretation), headed by trainers with a publishing company. We are praying for a good team to help train nationals. Please pray for God's leading and blessing.<\/p>\n
