(Hab 2:2-4):\u00a0\u00a0And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.\u00a0 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.\u00a0 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.<\/i><\/div>\n

Though the vision was given to Habakkuk for Israel, we observe some principles for our ministry together for the Training of Nationals for Nationals.\u00a0 We have held the vision high.\u00a0 God brought many of you to co-labor in many ways.\u00a0 We have prayed, shared and labored patiently together by faith, love and hope, the last five years.\u00a0 How time flies and the good Lord is blessing and establishing the fruits of our labor. (Psa 90:17):\u00a0\u00a0And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.<\/i>\u00a0 Glory to our wonderful, loving and awesome God!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We had the unique privilege of graduating 23 in our first graduation service in Nepal on September 22.\u00a0 And we will be graduating another good number in Medan, Indonesia in February 2012.\u00a0 These are pastors and leaders who are already actively serving the good Lord in His vineyard.\u00a0 Our prayer is to facilitate continual life-long equipping of these so that they would in turn equip others.\u00a0 (2Tim 2:2):\u00a0\u00a0And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.<\/i>\u00a0 We believe that the good Lord will use them greatly.<\/div>\n

It was my privilege to be part of all 20 very useful and beneficial subjects.\u00a0 Through them, my knowledge of the Word of God is enriched and my understanding widened and deepened.\u00a0 I thank God for the teaching skills of the faculty members.\u00a0 Also the practical subjects on Leadership have been a milestone in my personal life and leadership endeavor.\u00a0 The lessons have helped me grow in my personal relationship with the Father, trusting and obeying Him more than ever before.\u00a0 My leadership is no more reactive but rather it is proactive.\u00a0 I conclude that the lessons were prepared first for me and then for my other like-minded colleagues.<\/div>\n

This Seminary promoted me in my ministry, especially now I can preach and teach very boldly and clearly.\u00a0 I am very active with my church pastors and leaders to share that which I have learnt from the Seminary.\u00a0 Almost daily, I can teach at the Bible Centre in a systematic way.\u00a0 My five-year plan is to train about 20 leaders each year.<\/div>\n

The subjects taught were important for our lives and ministries.\u00a0 They were taught prayerfully and wisely.\u00a0 Most were new to me and very helpful too.\u00a0 I felt that I was not having enough knowledge of God\u2019s Word. \u00a0Now I have a closer relationship with\u00a0 God and am more serious in studying God\u2019s Word and spending more time in prayer. I appreciate our lecturers who did hard work to prepare to teach.\u00a0 The materials will be useful for the present and the future.<\/div>\n

I.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Medan, INDONESIA, November 21-25<\/b><\/div>\n
We had the good privilege of training a good number of 75+ pastors and leaders from Medan, Acheh and Nias in September.\u00a0\u00a0 Last session for the year\u00a0 in Medan will be 21-25 November.\u00a0 God is faithful in enabling us to train four times a year in Medan.<\/div>\n
Our point-man, Rev. Haposan desires to start an undergraduate program in Christian ministry.\u00a0 Our prayer is to train Nationals so that they can train their own.\u00a0 This is bearing fruit in our brother\u2019s life and in other lives too as God transform lives and build knowledge, wisdom and skills.\u00a0 The target date will be January, 2012.\u00a0 Please pray for this new vision.<\/div>\n

II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 MYANMAR: November 23 - December 2<\/b><\/div>\n
Special Conferences:\u00a0 Training for pastors and leaders will be held in Mandalay and Maymyo, November 23-December 2.\u00a0 One-day special conference on the History of Redemption will be held in December 1 in Mandalay (with Burmese interpretation) and another one in December 2 in Maymyo (with Mandarin interpretation), headed by trainers with a publishing company.\u00a0 We are praying for a good team to help train nationals.\u00a0 Please pray for God\u2019s leading and blessing.
