A New Year promise:<\/div>\n
\u00a0(Isa 46:4)\u00a0 And even to your old age I am He; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.<\/div>\n

(Isa 60:1,2)\u00a0Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For,\u00a0behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A New Year Prayer\u00a0(from my journaling)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
1st<\/sup>\u00a0Jan \u2013 What a great promise in Isa. 46:4.\u00a0\u00a0Even to your old age, I am HE, and even to gray hairs, I will carry you.\u00a0 I have made and I will bear, even I will carry and will deliver you.\u00a0 Yes, Lord, thank You.\u00a0 You are the Awesome and Almighty God.\u00a0 And my Lord and God.\u00a0 You will carry me as a man carries his son (Deut. 1:31) and bears me on eagles\u2019 wings and bring me to Yourself \u2026 and You are enough.\u00a0 (Exo. 19:4; Deut. 32:11,12).\u00a0 You alone has led me thus far, and You are God, my God forever and ever.\u00a0 You will be my guide even to death (Ps. 48:14) \u2026 yes, even though I go through the valley of death, You will be there \u2026. You will never forsake or leave me (Deut. 31:8). Thank You, Lord.<\/div>\n
As I view back into 2011, I thank You for supplying all my needs and Your assurance that You will continue to supply all my needs. \u00a0What with the bad economic times,\u00a0 You are the Source of all my needs.\u00a0 And, You gave me two wonderful children and families to invite us into their homes and lives.\u00a0 Yes, thus far the good Lord has helped us (1 Sam. 7:12) for the heavenly Father knows our needs, even before we ask Him (Matt. 6:25,32)\u2026. And He will provide till the end.<\/div>\n
Oh, to learn to live simple, simply for You.\u00a0 To love unconditionally.\u00a0 To give generously.\u00a0 To care deeply.\u00a0 To speak kindly, seasoned with salt.\u00a0 To trust You fully \u2026 please increase my faith.<\/div>\n
Yes, to be a one-thing man \u2026Phil 3:13,14 \u2013 to forget the things that are behind \u2026 to press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.\u00a0 Yes, You have an unique and customized calling for me \u2026 and, Lord, if Your presence, power and provision do not go with me, I will utterly fail (Exod. 33:15).\u00a0 And You have promised, as I go forth and make disciples of all nations, You will be with me, even unto the end of this age (Matt. 28:18-20).<\/div>\n
Yes, arise and shine, for my light is come, and the Glory of the Lord is risen upon me.\u00a0 For, behold, while darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness the people, You will arise upon me and Your Glory shall be seen upon me, for truly You will give me Your Grace and Glory (Isa. 60:1,2; Ps. 84:11).\u00a0 The nations shall come to your Light and the kings to the brightness of Your rising.\u00a0 Be it be done according to Your Word.\u00a0 Fulfill Your will and desire in and through me.<\/div>\n
This begins my journey into 2012.\u00a0 I really miss times of journaling like this.\u00a0 Please enable me\u00a0through Thy Holy Spirit to keep on writing.\u00a0 \u00a0I am going to trust You a day at the time.\u00a0 Lord, I love You and do sorely miss and need You.\u00a0 I just want to be with You, to enter into the Beauty of Your Holiness and the Holiness of Your Beauty.\u00a0 Grant me, Lord.\u00a0 Amen.<\/div>\n
