Please find also a picture where I addressed to more than 1,500 people on the Easter day and more than 100 people accepted the Lord that day. The programme was held at the school ground of upper Dhahing district where I learnt my alphabets 40 years back. It was my pleasure to be back there and to address the mass for the Lord. This was the same village where we were kicked out from for the sake of our faith in Christ some 40 years back. What a pleasure today to see hundreds of people growing in the same faith. God is at work and the leaders of 26 churches in the same Village Development Committee wanted me to address them. May the Lord continue to work with the people there and His Kingdom grow.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Thank you for your prayers for me and the team.<\/div>\n<div>Yours in His service,<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dil Bahadur Tamang.<\/p>\n<table cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/faw.hemanbags.com\/?attachment_id=512\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-512\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-512\" alt=\"Nepal\" src=\"https:\/\/faw.hemanbags.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/100_3083.jpg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Nepal<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 &lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>II.\u00a0\u00a0GREAT MEETINGS WITH FILADELPHIA CHURCH, BATAM, INDONESIA<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It was my privilege and joy to have spent three days with former Bible College students, members and friends in a Batam Church.\u00a0 \u00a0It is a young church with a great vibrancy and commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.\u00a0 Besides the worship services and Sunday School, it has an orphanage and a kindergarten.\u00a0 It will start a Primary school soon.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Good Friday Good News meeting was well attended with new friends.\u00a0 People were brought in by cars and vans.\u00a0 The leaders and members were prayerful for the good Lord to work in hearts.\u00a0 The singing and the special items by the children and adults were all geared to the amazing grace and love of the Cross.\u00a0 With such prayers, commitment and expectation, it was easy for the preacher to preach and for the Holy Spirit to convict and to save people. \u00a0We were co-laborers with God and He gave the increase.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Easter service began at 6am under trees, by the sea and lasted till 9.45am (others stayed till 11.30am for more fellowship).\u00a0 \u00a0Spirited singing and warm fellowship greeted the rising of the new born day as we welcomed in our remembrance of Jesus\u2019 Resurrection.\u00a0 Truly, we have life and life more abundantly because of our Risen Lord.\u00a0 He binds our hearts together in His grace, love and unity.\u00a0 What a joy it was as we concluded the service with a fellowship breakfast of abundant and delicious food brought by different families.\u00a0 How pleasant and sweet it was that God\u2019s people be living and serving in unity and sacrifice.\u00a0 We stood in awe of the love of the Father, the peace of Jesus and the fellowship on the Holy Spirit, flowing in and through us.\u00a0 How wonderful Heaven will be when we see Jesus in all His grace and glory!<\/p>\n<table cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/faw.hemanbags.com\/?attachment_id=514\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-514\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-514\" alt=\"Batam\" src=\"https:\/\/faw.hemanbags.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/SAM_1762.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Easter Service in Batam<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 &lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;&lt;&gt;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>III.\u00a0SEMINAR ON CARE MINISTRY\u00a0\u2013 Sat. May 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 8.30am-3.30pm<\/div>\n<div>The two greatest commandments stated by Jesus Christ are loving God and loving others (Matt. 22:37-40).\u00a0 Everything in life depends on these two relationships.\u00a0 God provides the presence and power through the Holy Spirit (Rom. 5:5).\u00a0 It is God who energizes us both to will and to do His good pleasure (Phil. 2:13).\u00a0 In these relationships, we need the spiritual disciplines and the dedicated and developed skills.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>SEMINAR OVERVIEW:<\/div>\n<div>In Christian Care, we need to provide an environment of caring and sharing for people to grow and mature. Three ingredients are involved: encouragement, exhortation and enlightenment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Encouragement:<\/div>\n<div>(Heb 3:13)\u00a0\u00a0But\u00a0encourage\u00a0one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Encouragement is a process to\u00a0bring strength and support\u00a0to aperson\u2019s feelings\u00a0in difficult times.\u00a0 Key skills to be developed include:\u00a0 Be alert to opportunities.\u00a0 Learn the art of listening.\u00a0 Empathise with hurt feelings. Use the right words.\u00a0 Learn to use door openers. Understand body languages.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Exhortation:<\/div>\n<div>(1Th 5:11)\u00a0\u00a0Wherefore\u00a0exhort\u00a0yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Exhortation is a process of\u00a0providing direction\u00a0and hope through God\u2019s truth and grace, resulting in changed\u00a0character and behavior.\u00a0 Exhortation involves:\u00a0 How to motivate People. How to understand the Iceberg.\u00a0 Develop skills of right attitudes and questions. \u00a0Follow Christ\u2019s example.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Enlightenment:<\/div>\n<div>(Eph 1:18)\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0eyes of your understanding\u00a0being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Enlightenment is a process of bringing\u00a0God\u2019s perspectives\u00a0in\u00a0the renewing of the mind.\u00a0\u00a0Topics to be explored include:\u00a0 Facts about the mind.
