Dear Friend,<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

(Mat 9:35)<\/b><\/span>\u00a0 \u201c<\/b><\/span>And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was on the holistic mission.\u00a0 He not only taught and preached about life and His kingdom, but also healed and took care of physical needs.\u00a0 He went about the communities of His days, the cities, villages and religious centres.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Faith@Work Fellowship desires to follow the Lord\u2019s pattern.\u00a0 It exits as a Community Net-working with other communities for (1) Education (through training in skills set for life and work), and (2) Community Projects as Catalyst, Facilitator and Conduit.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/span>II.<\/b><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> Nepal Alert<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nepal underwent earthquake of 7.8. \u00a0Many died, others slept in open tents and homes were destroyed. \u00a0Prayers needed for those affected. \u00a0Some prayers and helps needed:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Immediate needs of blankets and thermal mattresses for night 12C, water and food and medical supplies. \u00a0Viruses and bacteria will surface. \u00a0Seed money needed.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Follow up medical treatment and food the next few months.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Homes need to be rebuilt. A team will be there to assess further needs.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Our co-ordinator Dil Tamang of Himalayan Bible Study Academy, in Nepal, is leading his team to help in search and rescue efforts and in providing means to sustain and rebuild his people. \u00a0We will work with him.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

5. We have identified the Gorkha district as our area of help.\u00a0 The rebuilding of people and homes may take at least two years.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 Please let us know if and how you desire to pray and help.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

III.\u00a0 TRAINING YOUNG ADULTS IN MYANMAR\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

As Myanmar seeks to build its nation and people, infra-structures of various areas are lacking.\u00a0 One is the human resource base.\u00a0 We seek to do our bit to train young adults for life and work.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I. PURPOSE<\/b><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

A. \u00a0Vision: to train young adults in market place - human capital resource base.<\/p>\n
